Returns Policy

All merchandise purchased through our online store towntry.com is final sale and cannot be returned. We carefully check each order to make sure we are providing you with the merchandise you selected in new or described condition (if purchasing vintage items). While we take the utmost care in processing and sending out your order, we know that mistakes can happen and will correct an error of our making. 

If your order arrived damaged we may request photos of the merchandise in the condition it was received. If you received items that you did not order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product. We will contact you promptly to discuss the solution. 

Shipping

We ship via USPS and can ship to virtually any address in the US. We will contact you before cancelling an order if we cannot ship to the address you provided. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. While we provide a shipping estimate for your order, USPS has lengthened its "service standards" and may deliver later than estimated. To provide the best detail on the delivery of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carrier we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you believe your package is lost or stollen please contact the shipping carrier with the tracking number provided, if they cannot locate your item please Contact Us.
